Personal Primary Care utilizes a Medical Body Composition Analysis (mBCA) scale that provides an in-depth reading of key components that affect your overall body weight. The non-invasive analysis only takes 17 seconds, and you’ll receive an easy-to-read analysis that informs you of where your health stands. All you have to do is stand on the scale!

The mBCA scale measures:

  • Fat mass
  • Fat-free mass
  • Total body water
  • Intra- and extracellular water
  • Visceral adipose tissue
  • Skeletal muscle
Using your analysis, Personal Primary Care will create a weight loss or fat loss program, specifically for you! No two people are the same, so weight loss management programs can’t be one size fits all. The mBCA scale can help us identify your body fat percentage, muscle mass percentage, visceral fat volume, and fluid levels.

Personal Primary Care also utilizes another scale that can accurately measure your height and weight within milliseconds. Three pairs of sensors record your height and a digital algorithm ensures high measurement precision. A patient’s exact height and weight will be used to calculate BMI and other factors that will play into the weight loss program.
