My name is Lizbeth Reyes. I was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Manager on Duty of a hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico and as a Patient Service Representative with multiple medical offices, I bring years of experience with front end operations. For the last 4 years, I have worked as an interpreter with Mercy Hospital and am fluent in Spanish. I enjoy spending time with my 4 year old granddaughter, and I am currently working towards earning my Business degree. I am excited to be a part of a great team at Personal Primary Care and to serving our patients.
My name is Carissa Hanlon. I was born in Northampton, Massachusetts and have lived in Easthampton, Massachusetts for most of my life. I studied Medical Office Technology in high school and continued my education at Branford Hall Institution studying Medical Billing & Coding. I have worked in the Medical Field since 2012 and have extensive experience as a Receptionist and a Medical Biller & Coding. I enjoy spending time with my 7-year-old son, and together we enjoy the outdoors. I am excited to begin my journey and to be a part of such an amazing and supportive team here at Personal Primary Care.
My name is Mayra Alcantara. I was born and raised in Springfield, MA and currently reside in Westfield for the past 2 years. I am a Registered Medical Assistant since 2014. I began working in Primary Care, then later moved onto working in Specialty and worked in Pulmonary and most recently Orthopedics. My passion has always been to work closely and provide the best care and knowledge to patients. I am excited to become a member of the Personal Primary Care team.
